Designs tab – create and display custom visuals
In the designs tab, you can upload, display, and store your own custom visuals, such as gifs, images, and texts.

Click Create New in the Design tab.
In the Display tab (top of the screen) upload your visual in the “Background image” window.
Use a visual that fits the required format (PNG or GIF file, 240x280px, <1MB).
In the “Text” section, you can add a text, choose its font, size, weight, color, and position. You can also choose not to add any text.
Click on the LEDs tab (top of the app) and choose the color for the LED glow.
Click on “Preview” (top right corner) to display the visual. Once it is displayed, press “Save” and choose a name for your design.
It will appear in the Designs tab (left menu) where you can click on the created visuals to display them.
To edit any of the visuals in the Designs tab, hover on the design and click on the pencil icon.
Online gallery tab – choose from a library of pre-made gifs and images
The Online gallery is an easy way of displaying gifs and images on your Busy Tag. It is loaded full with gifs and images already formatted for the Busy Tag.

Click on any of the visuals in the Design tab.
Wait for the visual to upload and be displayed on your Busy Tag.
To change the LED glow that is displayed with the visual on the screen, open the LED tab in the left menu and select a color.

The LED tab allows you to adjust the color of the Busy Tag’s surrounding colors.

Choose a custom color for the LEDs in the “Color” spectrum section.
Choose from preset colors in the “Preset colors” section
Adjust the brightness of the LEDs with the “LED Brightness” slider.
Focus session tab – work with Pomodoro time blocks
In the Focus session tab, you can use a timer to work in Pomodoro time blocks.
Set your preferred lengths for work and break intervals.
“Tomato” tab for the longer (work) period
“Short” tab for the short break period
“Long” tab for the long break period
Choose what visual you want the Busy Tag to display during each period in the “Background” dropdown menu on the right side.
Choose an LED pattern to flash when starting each cycle in the “Pattern” dropdown menu.
Choose after how many work-rest cycles you want the long break to be displayed.
Click “Start” to start the cycle.
Busy Tag will automatically switch colors and blink to notify you when it's time to work or rest, keeping you on track without distractions.
Settings
In the settings tab, you can:
See the connected device
Toggle on to start the Busy Tag when starting your computer
Update the Busy Tag app, when a new version is released
Learning Center
The learning center is continually updated with short guides and step-by-step instructions for the different functions of the Busy Tag. For example, MS Teams status display, Zapier automations, email notifications, and more.

In the Help tab, you can find answers to common questions about the Busy Tag.
