Shipping Insurance: Busy Tag® does not offer shipping insurance. Please consider this when placing an order, as you will not be eligible for a refund if your order is lost or damaged during transit.

Return Policy: You may return the item within 30 days of payment. Please ensure that the item is in its original condition and packaging (meaning – not opened, not used). Return requests must be submitted via our customer support team. You are solely responsible for the cost of shipping & handling the returned Product. Unauthorized returns will not be refunded or credited to your account, and Busy Tag® may handle or dispose of those products as Busy Tag® sees fit.

Warranty: Busy Tag® products come with a standard 2-year warranty for a natural person and 1-year warranty for a legal person. This warranty covers any manufacturing defects with the product. If you experience any issues with your Busy Tag® product, please contact our customer support team for assistance. Before returning the purchase, it is necessary to contact the Busy Tag® Customer Support Service to agree on the conditions for returning and repairing the damaged product or the conditions of returning the purchase, canceling the purchase and sending it back.

Limitation of Liability: Busy Tag® is not liable for any damages resulting from the use of our products. Please use our products responsibly and follow the instructions provided with the product.

Products Returned By Shipping Provider as Not Received: If the Product could not be delivered to the address you provided and was shipped back to Busy Tag®, Busy Tag® reserves the right, and you hereby authorize Busy Tag® to charge you for any repeat shipping fees up to the purchase price of the returned Product.
