How to display your work status with the busy tag

It is possible to display your work status, such as "Busy" or "In a meeting" from both the Busy Tag software and the partner Luxafor software.

• The Luxafor software provides pre-set messages for work statuses, which may be a simpler and quicker way to display your status.

• The Busy Tag software provides more customizability – you can create custom images for your work statuses, however, there are not as many pre-made statuses.

  
  

To display your work status with the Luxafor software:

1. Download and install the Luxafor desktop software on your computer.

2. Connect your Busy Tag to your computer with a data cable.

3. In the Luxafor app, open the Solid Color tab in the left menu.

4. Click on the color options to display pre-set messages, such as red for “Busy”, green for “Let’s talk” and others.

5. In this tab, you can also select a custom color and brightness for the LED glow and play different blinking patterns on the LED lights.

   Note: You can also set hotkeys to display your statuses in the Settings tab (top menu). For example, set ctrl+r to turn the Busy Tag red.

To display your work status with the Busy Tag software:

1. Download and install the Busy Tag software.

2. Enter the Designs tab (left menu), and click Add Item.

3. In the Display tab (top of the screen) choose a background color.

4. Add the text for the status message, and choose its font, size, weight, color, and position.

5. Click on the LEDs tab (top of the app) and choose the color for the LED glow.

6. Click on “Save” (top right corner) and choose a name for the visual.

7. It will appear in the Designs tab (left menu). To display the created status, click on the play button next to it and wait for the file to load and display.
