Here’s how to set it up:

 

Step 1: Get Your Luxafor ID

1. Open the Luxafor app and go to the Zapier tab.

2. Copy your unique Luxafor ID—you’ll need this for Zapier.

 

Step 2: Create a Zap in Zapier

1. Log in to your Zapier account and click "Create a Zap."

2. Choose a Trigger App (e.g., Gmail, Slack, Trello).

3. Select a trigger, like "New Email" or "New Slack Mention."

 

Step 3: Set Luxafor as the Action

1. Search for Luxafor in Zapier and select an action:

Play Pattern (e.g., blink red for urgent messages)

Solid Color (e.g., turn blue for a new task)

Blink Color (e.g., blink green when a meeting is scheduled)

1. Paste your Luxafor ID and customize the notification settings.

 

Step 4: Test & Activate Your Zap

1. Click "Test & Continue" to ensure it works.

2. Once verified, click "Turn on Zap" to activate your automation.
